Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities in regular basis.
∎ Responsible for achieve primary and secondary sales targets as management demand.
∎ To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
∎ To provide strategic marketing and sales guidance
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies
∎ To Ensure Excellence in distribution channel national wide.
∎ Maintain strong interpersonal relationship with key accounts
∎ Control operating cost and optimize to obtain company profit

Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Non-Woven bags & Heavy Industry)
∎ Minimum 2/3 years' experience as National Sales Manager/ Sales Manager in a reputed manufacturing Company is preferable
