Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales target.
∎ To monitor the activities of sales Representatives, Dealers.
∎ Analyze overall sales performance & KPI.
∎ Maintain daily stock, Monitor dealer stock & prepare daily stock report.
∎ Market visit check product & POSM.
∎ Daily market Reporting.
∎ To plan and successfully implement trade promotions through distributor to strengthen the brand.
∎ Identifying potential new & remote areas for business growth.
∎ Recover market credit to show the healthy Business ROI.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and providing inputs for fine tuning to the selling and marketing strategies.
∎ Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major retailers, ensuring maximum customer Satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
