1. Sound knowledge of Business of Snacks, Bakers & Confectionery development and Marketing tools and process.
2. Ability to work with team and to take challenge to achieve the sales target.  
3. Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
4. Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
5. Able to communicate with prospective dealers and farmers to increase sales.
6. Sound knowledge of Business of Poultry, Cattel and Aqua development and Marketing tools and process.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. works as per instruction by the management time to time.
9. Must have ‘CAN DO’ Aptitude.
10. Honesty, Sincerity and Integrity towards company and himself.
11. Knowledge in Feed Marketing.
12. Computer literate.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Identify and select suitable dealers as per territory coverage plans.

2. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory·

3. Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the territory.

4. Organizing the sales team, monitoring & controlling.
