∎ MAAKVIEW.COM LTD. is a leading IT Products, Electronics, Office Equipment`s, Security items, Gadgets, Surveillance etc. wholesaler & retailer in Bangladesh. We are looking for some target oriented energetic people to lead our Sales & Marketing Team. This job post is sales & target oriented and job location is Dhaka but have to manage clients allover in Bangladesh.
∎ We will give special priority to those who have IT Products, Electronics, Office Equipment`s, Security items, Gadgets, Surveillance etc. marketing and sales experience.
∎ Job location: Elephant Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to sale IT Products, Electronics, Office Equipment's, Gadgets, Surveillances, Security systems etc.
∎ Plan, organize and monitor sales activities to achieve and ensure sales target and profit objective of the company.
∎ Formulate, develop and implement sales strategies & action plans.
∎ Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Manage sales including setting tour program, finalize content of an expense statement, fix territory wise sales target, formulate incentives to field forces, formulate agenda of a monthly sales meeting and regional meeting, launch new product, evaluate selling skills of a field force.
∎ Provide strategic guideline for upgrading a poor market to a good market or better with respect to all sales yardsticks.
∎ Conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry, market dynamics, buyer behavior, social and economic value, consumer taste etc.
∎ Manage distribution that includes sales process from order securing to cash collection, establish distribution route, components of a distribution expense, set product wise reorder level.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Coaching, Creative thinker and problem solver, Leadership
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 49 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Mention any other relevant skills that are preferred but not required.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive salary for fittest candidates.
