Job Context:
∎ The position of Sales Manager (Out of Dhaka & Dhaka Central) is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, drive the sales team in order to achieve sales target.
∎ Job location : Mitford (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members.
∎ Work with month to month sales target and become example for others to follow as a successful target achiever.
∎ He shall be responsible for the performance of the sales team under his supervision and sales for the area or division.
∎ To follow-up with daily stock and delivery status.
∎ Ensure collection of credits from market
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new customer.
∎ Must have willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Coordinates & Communicates with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time-to-time.
