Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Target
∎ Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
∎ An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams.
∎ Ensure Maximum output from each and every marketing team.
∎ Innovate and suggest strategies aiming at improving sales figures.
∎ Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.
∎ Build and manage a proper lead management system to tap new business opportunities.
∎ Own implementation of the sales action plan, strategies and sales techniques in order to achieve sales targets.
∎ Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications.
∎ Monthly target oriented.
∎ Team player with outstanding verbal and written (English) communication skills.
∎ Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
∎ Develop underdeveloped market as new market opportunity.
∎ Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
∎ Visit corporate house and attend meeting with the top officials.
∎ Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team for ensuring optimum performance.
∎ Look after the wings under the cooperate Branch.
∎ Any kind of task given by Management.
