Responsibilities & Context:
Every Applicant Should be Experienced of Land Share Basie Flat Sales.
Your Key responsibilities will be:
Client Management:Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, advice, and support.
Make sure visit and Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Then Deal potential customers to convince them for buying our Flat positions.
Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
Market Research:Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
Provide clients with Comparative Market Analysis to help them understand the value of a property and set realistic pricing.
Advise clients on the value of their property and suggest appropriate pricing strategies.
Transaction Coordination:Coordinate all aspects of the sales process, from initial offer to closing, ensuring all paperwork is completed and deadlines are met.
Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legal requirements, and new technologies through ongoing education and professional development.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and financial activities.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Any other job assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
