Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and effectively qualify sales leads and maintain a sales revenue pipeline for he organization.
∎ Identify new clients as well as potential transport trips.
∎ Communicate to management progress towards achieving the overall sales plan goals, such as status of new clients, advancement of existing clients, status of targeted markets, problem areas and communicate to management areas of opportunity in the existing market.
∎ Develop and execute on sales and business plans to achieve annual sales and business objectives and providing accurate and timely reports.
∎ Very well knowledge of trips and market rates in Bangladesh.
∎ Following-up existing transportation market. Develop and constantly monitor the market to ensure monthly sales target.
∎ Must be resourceful in Transport depot in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability are critical
∎ Strong public speaking skills
∎ Must be persistent and pro-active
∎ Must have ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
∎ Must have a responsible independent drive, and must be resourceful
∎ Must be able to work well in a team environment
∎ Ability to travel extensively
