Responsibilities & Context:
Dispensing Medicines: Dispensing the correct medicines to patients according to the doctor`s prescription and explaining the rules for using the medicines.
Pharmacy Stock Management: Monitoring and managing the stock, expiry dates and supply system of medicines. Ordering new medicines and recording the inventory accurately.
Customer Service: Answering various questions related to medicines, advising on side effects and health-related issues.
Document Storage: Properly storing and managing prescriptions, sales of medicines and other necessary documents.
Safety and Quality: Ensuring the quality of medicines and adhering to the pharmacy`s safety protocols during the dispensing of medicines.
Collaboration: Liaising with other healthcare professionals as needed and exchanging information about the patient`s treatment.
Keeping the pharmacy clean: Keeping the pharmacy environment clean and hygienic.
Providing Information: Providing patients with detailed information about the correct dosage, timing and possible side effects of medicines.
Pharmacy Management: Managing the daily operations of the pharmacy and keeping records.
Compliance with laws and regulations: Comply with all laws and regulations set by the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council and other government agencies.
