Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales leads using a variety of methods, including research, social media, cold calling, and email campaigns.
∎ Appointment Setting: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to schedule meetings or calls with the sales team.
∎ Database Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools with relevant information from interactions with prospects.
∎ Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging markets and trends, target industries, and potential customers.
∎ Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads and prospects to build relationships and move them further into the sales funnel.
∎ Reporting: Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads contacted, response rates, and appointments set.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align lead generation efforts with overall business goals

The role starts as a salary & commission-based position, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after 3 month, based on performance.
