∎ Product Specification & Cost figure out skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This candidate is responsible to arrange orders of a yearly sales of minimum 24 million USD covering the section for Auto Carton, Manual Carton, Top Dividers, Poly, Offset, Label, Die Cut and Plastic Accessories section.
∎ Candidate will have to run a tam of minimum 35 sales person.
∎ Candidate viable to report daily basis sales proceed collections report to management.
∎ Candidate should be capable to formulate product specification and it’s costings.
∎ Candidate should be capable to ensure the business growth asserted in the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
∎ Candidate should be highly target oriented & should have capability to sustain huge pressure.
∎ Candidate should capable to work on nomination of ultimate customer.
∎ Able to analyze the market trend & prepare sales forecast to meet the ABP sales target.
∎ Keeping informed of relevant marketing strategies and trends.
∎ Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
∎ To ensure sustainable measures by improving sales and acquiring new customers and market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
∎ Setting up short term and long-term marketing goals in terms of quantity and profitability which will be vetted by the management. Then recommending options and courses of action implementing directives.
∎ Review development, costing negotiation & price settlement with customer.
∎ Monitoring, supervising & coordinating every aspect of the Marketing Department.
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
∎ Monthly Report Generation and Presentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
