Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Applied Chemistry.
Any reputed Public or Private University.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company`s customer base and ensure its strong presence in business for Sewage treatment plant(STP)/Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Water treatment plant (WTP) Project.
Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans.
Forecast to achieve company`s sales target and objectives for both products & services.
Foreign Principal Communication, Build strong relation, Prepare agreement and sourcing opportunity.
To coordinate, prepare documents in relation to Govt. tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications; Regular KOL visit and set up meeting with potential Clients.
Conduct market research to identify target customer and evaluate customer needs.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team`s monitoring and sets performance goals accordingly.
Builds and Maintain a department structure, operating standard and ensure the right people at right place and adaptable to evolving business needs.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company`s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Industrial Equipment market.
Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
Required to submit reports to the MD/CEO and also discuss in any kind of business promotional cost/financial disbursement for achieving the goal. Make report on sales, forecast, product base market position, new product introduce and how to increase market in a position.
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
