Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Bangladesh market
∎ Achieving individual monthly targets to meet expectations
∎ Reach potential prospects through sales visits, email and share our business proposal when needed
∎ Handle clients, coordinate with emails/calls and keep updates on personal follow-up list for future follow-up
∎ Ready for on-field travel within Dhaka and its surrounding areas
∎ Support identification, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals and driving sales revenue targets
∎ Develop business relationships by understanding customers' needs and managing their expectations as the company grows
∎ Maximize our sales team potential and align those plans with management
∎ Prepare detailed daily and monthly reports of sales activities to deliver to management
∎ Teamwork is an essential element of this role

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Structure: Base Salary + Commission
