Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (freshers may apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, CRM tools)Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and Bangla (spoken and written)Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly
Coordinate with the marketing and support team to improve sales performance
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
