Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Commerce Discipline / MBA from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target of the DIVISION/Regional as set by the management.
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execution to achieve sales target & explore a new market.
∎ Preparing the report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Ensure products availability.
∎ Insure Dealer and retails Stock available.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Over 3 years management experience, familiar with communication industry
∎ Strong ability to resist pressure and good professional ethics
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English
∎ Strong communication skills, abide by company regulations, abide by time management
∎ Good reputation in the market industry
∎ Good image and temperament
∎ Experience in the same industry is preferred
∎ Computer Knowledge is essential
∎ Good Command in English Both Speaking and writing.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
