Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide best in class service to valued customers with warm assistance efficiently, courteously and professionally.
∎ Coordination with Embassies, Airlines, Hotels & Other Service Providers.
∎ Well conversant on clients requirements and thorough knowledge on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation and flights
∎ Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget.
∎ Should know up to date travel regulations.
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations issue.
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules to assist other customer needs.
∎ Able to generate new opportunities in travel and tourism industry.
∎ Any other job assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good managerial skills, Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP, Be well informed and updated on Global Holiday seasons and dates, Strong leadership skills, Should work proactively, Proficient in Reading, writing, and speaking in the English language, Can work under pressure with zero error, Must have mental resilience, Should be able to meet deadline without being failed, and should have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
