∎ 3/4 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, specifically in the air travel distribution and aggregation space, OTA, Travel Agency and Sales, Global Distribution System (GDS) etc·
∎ Strong Communication Skill in English and Bangla·
∎ Must have Professional Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Basic Graphics Design and Canva)·
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines·
∎ Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.·
∎ Understanding of the business environment and company business drivers.·
∎ Highly organized and attention to detail with a motivated, self-starter attitude.

∎ Work closely to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
∎ Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
∎ Handling all customer queries effectively.·
∎ Effective in coordinating and resolving issues like ticket re-route, re- schedule, re- issue, refund etc.
∎ Agreed to perform any other duties related to travel agency management.
