  • Willingness to travel for field visits and promotional activities.



Responsibilities & Context:

Maas Travel & Tours Limited, the official representative of Manipal Hospitals in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for the position of Business Development Executive.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting Manipal Hospitals’ healthcare services in Bangladesh through doctor networking, patient counseling, referral development, and sales promotion activities with medical tourism company. The ideal candidate should have basic medical knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience working with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, or healthcare-related sales.

  • Promote Manipal Hospitals’ (India) medical services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers in Bangladesh.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.

  • Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment options, hospital facilities, appointment procedures, and medical travel support.

  • Coordinate with hospital teams for patient appointments, medical reports, visa assistance, and travel arrangements.

  • Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare partners to generate patient referrals.

  • Organize promotional activities, seminars, doctor meetings, and awareness campaigns.

  • Achieve monthly referral and sales targets.

  • Maintain proper follow-up with patients and referral sources.

  • Prepare reports on market feedback, referrals, and promotional activities.
