∎ Welcome customers and assist them based on their needs
∎ Have knowledge about motorcycle models and features
∎ Arrange test rides for interested customers
∎ Provide information on pricing, EMI, and finance options
∎ Prepare and maintain necessary documents
∎ Keep the showroom and motorcycles clean and presentable
∎ Follow up with customers after sales
∎ Monitor stock levels and report to management
∎ Coordinate with the service/workshop team
∎ Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
∎
