Job Context:
∎ Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales) for Construction Chemicals (Admixture).
∎ Job Location: 64 Districts of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Office and Human Achieving value and volume sales target in the demarcated area in stipulated periods of time.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
∎ Developing dealer, sub dealer and channel partner in new market.
∎ Maintaining relationships with external stakeholder to get optimum result.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Direct sales activity: Visit construction sites, govt and non govt stakeholder.
∎ Expanding business to unexplored area
∎ Maintaining accurate records
∎ Ensure timely payment receive & deposit in company account
∎ Market intelligence report
∎ Acquire business & product knowledge require for respective segment
∎ Organize and conduct training/briefing and product demonstration session for the internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
∎ Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative & subversive activities' Resources Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Direct Sales, Trade, Dealer Channel, Corporate Sales
∎ For highly experienced candidate education qualification can be relaxed
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales, Trade, Dealer or Channel Development, Sales & Marketing
∎ Candidate with experience in Cement, Ispat, Paints & Construction Chemical industry will get preference.
∎ Experience in sales/marketing division will get Preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Communication Skill.
∎ Negotiation Skill etc.
