Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting local small and medium enterprises (industry-wise), to discuss about the demand of software solution (mentioned above) at clients
∎ Collecting market information about existing solutions & competitors
∎ Offering to demonstrate One ICT's Software & Solutions to clients
∎ Demonstrating the capability of our solutions with demo account
∎ Sharing free trial accounts of required software with customers
∎ Closing the sales with clients
∎ Offering new service, features & additional support to existing customers
∎ Help create new campaigns in markets
∎ Visiting the existing customer within the first week of every month
∎ Gathering information about their findings and problems, if any
∎ Collecting monthly dues of the managed software services
∎ Providing Sales Invoice of the service to customer
∎ Depositing the collections to Accounts team at office
∎ Ensuring monthly collection within first 10 days of each month
∎ Preparing daily sales and monthly collection report for manager
∎ Claiming commission from monthly collection with accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Bachelor or equivalent level of educational qualification. 1-2 years of sales experience in small and medium industries will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good understanding of digital technology, mobile apps and computer will be a plus.
∎ Good at basic computing specially in MS Office and MS Excel.
∎ Understanding of mobile applications, Google play-store and Apple store is needed.
∎ Current knowledge of Bangladesh SME market and industry-wise business situation.
∎ The drive and energy to manage individual SME accounts while looking for new opportunities in the industry.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills. (both English and Bangla)
∎ Ability to understand client needs and negotiation process with individual owners.
∎ Strong time management and delivery on time-based skills.
∎ Should be ready for out of town travel for business visits and sales meetings.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
