Job Context:
∎ Support the sourcing of referral patients, service coordination of patients and the referral doctors and business partners.
∎ Reports to: Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a strong referral network for Rajagiri Hospital in Bangladesh by developing & maintaining relationship with referring doctors and hospitals
∎ Initiate tie ups with corporate/insurance, government/semi government
∎ establishments, facilitators, tour operators to generate leads and devise plan for conversion
∎ Developing B2B networks, generating enquiries and patient conversion from
∎ Bangladesh
∎ Organize outreach OP/Surgery camps in Bangladesh in coordination with the
∎ designated
∎ Analyze and devise referral plans to attract patients
∎ Actively participate in medical tourism expo's and events
∎ Holding CME's, medical conferences, medical camps etc.
∎ Maintain information sheet for all doctors/network hospitals, corporates, government officials visited
∎ Conducting market research & strategies to create brand awareness & visibility
∎ Strategize, develop and direct marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure correct positioning, and generating demand
∎ Prepare and regularly update the list of referral Doctors in the assigned area
∎ Report to Head of the Dept./Supervisor regarding the work updates regularly
∎ Actively take part in hospital promotional activities as directed from time to time
∎ Any other assignments as designated by the Management
∎ Utilize resources effectively and efficiently.
∎ Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Adhere to the grooming standards laid down by the Hospital.
∎ Be punctual and diligently carry out the duties.
∎ Work collaboratively and support efforts of team members.
∎ Maintain effective coordination with various departments
∎ Take responsibility and accountability in professional advancement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare/ Hospital/ Diagnostic marketing, Patient Care services, Health Tourism, Visa processing, Market Research, Tech savvy (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word)
∎ Should have valid driving license(two wheeler/four wheeler) from the competent authority of Bangladesh
∎ Should be proficient in Bangla & English(Speaking/Writing) is mandatory
∎ Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage
∎ Bangladesh Nationals of age between 20 to 35 years are preferred
∎ Hands on experience in visa processing, particularly in visa processing of India will have preference. Experience in medical tourism will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent face to face and telephone communication capability, good presentation and convincing skills.
∎ Understanding of medical terminologies
∎ Proficiency in MS Office is required
∎ Documentation skills
∎ Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Documentation and reporting:
∎ Keep updated list of referral Doctors
∎ Report regularly to the Head of the Dept./Supervisor regarding the work progress.
