About Us:

Olympia Holdings Limited is developing a 16-story mixed-use project in Savar, Ashulia, which will feature a shopping mall from the ground to 5th floors and commercial spaces/apartments on the upper levels. We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts in this exciting project.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Assist in achieving sales targets by presenting available mall spaces and commercial/apartment units to potential buyers.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients, answer inquiries, and offer support throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Site Tours: Conduct site tours to showcase property features and advantages, assisting clients in understanding their options.

  • Market Knowledge: Develop an understanding of real estate trends and competitors to communicate the unique value of our project effectively.

  • Administrative Support: Help prepare sales materials, maintain client records, and support senior sales staff in achieving overall project sales goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and identify potential market opportunities.

  • Lead Generation and Networking: Identify and generate new leads through networking and industry connections to expand our client base.

  • Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver high-quality sales presentations and negotiate terms with clients to close sales effectively.
