Job Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales revenue and maintain growth of it.
∎ Responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients to ensure repeat business is achieved through delivering high quality corporate services and meeting clients` expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing assigned Company Key Accounts, follow-up new business opportunities, ensure maximum business volume, maximize market share, sign-up Service Level Agreements (SLA), and ensure priority services to the guests.
∎ Expanding existing key accounts and acquisition of potential new customers
∎ Ensuring enquiries become confirmed business
∎ Producing written quotations and confirmation
∎ Building successful relationships with Sea Pearl's key accounts
∎ Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
∎ Execution of sales promotions and marketing programs within the given budget
∎ Maintaining complete and up-to-date lead information on each account to verify accurate reporting and customer base information and presenting necessary reports by the given deadline
∎ Participate in monthly marketing meetings to develop promotions and collateral to assist with selling the properties.
∎ Conduct outside sales call and achieve sales call target
∎ Ensure prompt responses for all enquiries through telephone and emails.
∎ Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues and attend and resolute complains
∎ Assist Accounts Department to recover market dues on time as per SLA (in case of company payment)
∎ Complete required reporting and documentation
∎ Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written English required
∎ 1-3 years plus direct sales experience and/or prior hotel sales experience is a must
∎ Knowledge of Cox's Bazar Market
∎ Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently
∎ Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook
∎ Excellent communication skills required
∎ Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
∎ Ability to make cold calls on an ongoing basis
∎ High energetic and self-driven.
