∎ Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
∎ Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
∎ Reviewing sales performance
∎ Regular communicate with retailers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in any Mobile Brand in similar position persons will get prefer.
∎ Can communicate in English
∎ Have Good Knowledge in MS Excel & PowerPoint

Salary: Tk. 21000 - 30000 (Monthly)
