Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting local schools and colleges to discuss about the demand of School management tools, HR & Attendance tools at school premises
∎ Collecting market information about existing competitors & solutions
∎ Offering to demonstrate One ICT’s School Management Solution
∎ Demonstrating the capability of the solution with demo account
∎ Sharing free trial accounts of school management with customers
∎ Closing the sales with clients
∎ Offering new features and additional HR support to customers
∎ Help create new campaigns in markets
∎ Visiting the existing customer within the first week of every month
∎ Gathering information about their findings and problems, if any
∎ Collecting monthly dues of the managed services
∎ Providing Sales Invoice of the service to customer
∎ Depositing the collections to Accounts team at office
∎ Ensuring monthly collection within first 10 days of each month
∎ Preparing daily sales and monthly collection report for manager
∎ Claiming commission from monthly collection with accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be situated in district level cities of Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate must have willingness to visit the upazillas and union levels of the district and nearby districts for potential sales.
∎ Minimum HSC or equivalent level of educational qualification.
∎ Good understanding of school policies and education system will be a plus point.
∎ Good at basic computing specially in MS Office and MS Excel.
∎ Current knowledge of Bangladesh Education and schools/colleges of own locality.
∎ The drive and energy to manage individual schools, colleges, headmasters and principals and local social leaders while looking for new opportunities.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills. (both Bangla & English)
∎ Ability to understand client needs and negotiation process with individuals.
∎ Strong time management and delivery on time-based skills.
∎ Must be prepared to travel to any upazilla level city in Bangladesh for sales visit.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
