- Organizational and leadership ability.
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Basic Analytical skill.
- Must have the capacity to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan for effective territory retail enhancement and increasing sales.
- Monitor & follow up Point of Sales (POS) for sales progress against assigned target.
- Monitor & effective follow up of retail guideline in the field.
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
- Discover sales opportunities through market research.
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes to the sales force.
- Monitor competition within assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit reports as per guideline.
