∎ Recommend, select, and help locate the right products for the customer
∎ Describe a product's features and benefits in a way understandable to the customer
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
∎ Stay current with product and technology
∎ Should be experienced in running any shop
∎ Accomplish specific product-oriented targets set by Management
