Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking Orders from Local Customer & International Customers
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products to customers
∎ Handling All Customers' Inquiries on Social Media
∎ Engage in Social Media Marketing on various Platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc)
∎ Plan & Execute Various Marketing & PR Activities
∎ Taking International Pre order and ensuring products from suppliers.
∎ Giving assistance to Facebook live.
∎ Perform tasks of Order management ,Payment settlement and Product dispatching
∎ Handle all incoming & outbound calls at daily basis effectively.
∎ Perform tasks of Customer Management, Communicate with Customers and creating new customers
∎ Identify customer needs, understand diverse customer psychology & cater their service accordingly
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & provide excellent customer service.
∎ Candidate need to provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
∎ Keep in touch and build a strong relationship with a customers .
∎ Drive & ensure implementation of Customer care development plan
∎ Analyzing customer insights statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
∎ Prepare and implements strategic plan to achieve the sales target.
∎ Maintain inventory & co-ordinate with the supply-chain team
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the management in emergency should be performed and report to authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
