Job Responsibilities:

• The appointed candidate will be provided On-the-Job training in Product sales. The probation period will be 6 months. After Probation period is completed successfully, salary increment will be provided.
• Daily Timeliness & decent attire is a must.
• Greet Customer and assist them in finding products that meet their need.
• Provide potential customers an excellent shopping experience through informed product recommendations and outstanding service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner. Co-ordinate After-Sales service timely.
• The appointed candidate must provide instant reply for online query (Via WhatsApp Business, IMO & Viber).
• The appointed candidate must ensure necessary efforts to achieve monthly Sales Target. Attractive sales commission will be provided on target achievement.
• Manage daily inventory, assist with inventory control, and restock as necessary.      
• Be responsible for product display cleanliness & hygiene & occasional display renovation.   
• We are encouraging freshers to apply. However, people with experience in Door, Furniture or Bathroom fittings sales are specially encouraged to apply.
