Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve of sales revenue target of the Restaurant.
∎ Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a Restaurant for their needs.
∎ Developing Sales strategies to reach target audiences and achieve company objectives.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the food and environment of the Restaurant.
∎ Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary.
∎ Monitoring and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools and technologies.
∎ Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Execution of sales promotions and marketing programs within the given budget
∎ Coordinates catering sales team to achieve catering revenue goals.
∎ Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
∎ Ability to develop interpersonal relationships within and outside the organization.
