∎ A Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ O Level, A-Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Educational qualification will get relaxed if you can speak fluent English.
∎ English medium high school dropouts can apply.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ The applicant can either be a student with English medium background (O level and A level) or an experienced international call center agent.
∎ Please don’t apply if you can’t speak fluent English (native-like).
∎ Applicants sometimes might need to work on night shifts [9 PM - 7 AM or 8 PM - 6 AM Bangladesh Local Time]
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will primarily make outbound calls to the USA and other first-world countries to preach our products and services.
∎ You have to generate leads for cold outreach.
∎ We are not looking for an “autoresponder.” You need to be intuitive and charismatic during your conversation with the potential client without sounding like a salesperson.
∎ You have to maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those leads to make subsequent sales pitches.
∎ You have to respond to customer feedback and inquiries.
∎ You have to arrange and set up meetings with potential clients and pursue them.
∎ You have to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Call Center, Call Center Agent, call center executive, International Call Center
∎ Having an IELTS certificate will give you an edge.
∎ General understanding of online marketing

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
