Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Phone calls and maintain call log.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department.
∎ Provide product information to the customer
∎ High on energy and enthusiastic to ensure quality of service to our customers
∎ Problem solving mindset
∎ Commitment to continuous learning
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
∎ Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and provide them information about the resolution of the same.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
∎ Organize and attend outdoor business meeting when necessary.
