∎ Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
∎ Ability to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Promote our services to existing and potential customers, including making cold calls and sending WhatsApp messages.
∎ Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking.
∎ Receive client orders and record relevant information.
∎ Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Research and identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable deals.
∎ Analyze competitor market data.
∎ Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
∎ Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, and market trends.
