Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving day to day sales target.
∎ Execute the daily sales operations of outlet efficiently.
∎ Maintain the outlets facilities clean, safe and impressing to the customers.
∎ Obtain customer feedback and based on that recommend necessary steps for customer satisfaction.
∎ Address customer queries modestly and ensure customer satisfaction as desired.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Maintaining display/ merchandising, so that easy to purchase and appealing as well.
∎ Prepare different report i.e. sales, merchandising, expenses report etc.
∎ Sense of discipline and punctuality.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Stock maintenance of products.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Retail Chain Shop or similar field will get preference.
∎ Should be energetic, able to work under pressure & independently for extended hours.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Amicable and presentable.
∎ Must have the mentality to work in any shift.
