Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Being an outbound travel expert, need to have extensive knowledge about travelling outside Bangladesh.
∎ Talk to potential customers, understand requirements, create itineraries, modify tour packages based on needs, and pursue clients for booking.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering assistance starting from visa processing to visiting the desired destination.
∎ Need to use software for maintaining organizational processes.
∎ Need to create international travel itineraries.
∎ Efficiently communicate with vendors, ensuring favourable terms and pricing.
∎ Coordinate with agencies, embassies, and third parties to facilitate smooth visa processing.
∎ Maintain organized records of client information, visa applications, and travel documents.
∎ NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY OUTBOUND TRAVEL AGENCY TO APPLY!
∎ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Sales skills, commercial awareness, and effective interaction abilities.
∎ Sound knowledge of international travel trends.
∎ Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
∎ Effective interaction, communication, negotiation abilities with vendors, and collaboration with team members for overall business success.
