∎ The candidate must have Bachelor/BBA/MBA/Masters in any discipline (Marketing back ground will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales targets and have to achieve in due time
∎ Ensure significant visibility at Key Accounts and all SKU & proper Merchandising in superstore
∎ Build up business relation with modern trade management to develop the business and solve any type of market problem
∎ Control the credit as per agreement
∎ Confirm positive business growth on sales
∎ Submit all type of report and market information properly & timely to supervisor
∎ Control leak short & damage
∎ Check daily demand and after correction send it to factory
∎ Receive demand on holiday
∎ Warrant any type of new product coding in superstore
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-4 years minimum sales experience in FMCG industry preferably food & beverages in modern trade
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be an effective and credible voice internally and externally when presenting findings.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
∎ Must have skill of multitasking.
∎ Must have to work under pressure.
