Job Context:
∎ Here at Matins, we are a provider of skincare solutions In Chittagong and Dhaka. We are hiring talented sales executives who would be able to find Target Market for our products and negotiate and deal with retail distributors on our behalf.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
∎ Delegate, negotiate, strike deals with retailers and wholesalers.
∎ Research and analyze sales options
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
∎ Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
∎ Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
∎ Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
∎ Build and maintain professional networks
∎ Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
∎ Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
∎ Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
∎ Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Territorial knowledge about retail distributors and mall shops

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 24000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary varies on experience and education.
