Job Context:
∎ Life Science Enterprise is a newly established company (Under Lifestyle Group) that plays a dedicated role in indenting, trading & sourcing Pharmaceutical & Healthcare supportive, active ingredients, excipients, laboratory chemicals, & reagents. Additionally, the company also supports pharmaceutical & healthcare factories with the required machines & equipment.
∎ Our firm is currently looking for new talent who can join our team immediately. We have an opening for an entry-level Sales Executive.
∎ Job Location: Mohakhali Dohs, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve existing accounts by contacting customers for new orders and communicating the availability of new products.
∎ Source development for pharmaceuticals and chemical items required by the industries, Pharma, chemicals, biochemicals.
∎ Generate sales, by keeping communications with manufacturers, and traders, at the backward levels, and create demand, order forward levels, potential customers, industries.
∎ Create new accounts by reaching out to potential customers, attending trade shows, and networking with other professionals.
∎ Submit prices or quotations, to the potential customers, and industries, as needed from time to time, and keep an effort to get orders from them.
∎ Must know how to open create, process & handle LC (Letter of Credit) for international trading.
∎ Evaluate and update sales methods for optimal success.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for product presentation.
∎ Keeps management informed by recording and monitoring all sales activity and market information.
∎ Meet customer needs by promptly attending to problems, complaints, or requests.
∎ Incumbent, should achieve sales target, keep trying improving sales every month or quarters.
∎ Work with sales team to develop strategies and approaches to maximize sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in a relevant field (Pharma/Healthcare Raw Chemicals Trading).
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be creative and be able to think out of the box.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Competent in English & Bengali typing.
∎ Quick decision-maker.
∎ Willingness to learn.
Salary:
∎ Base Salary 20,000 to 30,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) + Sales Commission + Motor Bike for transport.
