Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify new potential customer and opportunities.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
∎ Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities for products.
∎ Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
∎ Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Email Communication
∎ Excellent Communication Skill
∎ Ability to work with all types of people.
∎ Problem solving capability with tough attitude.
∎ Self-motivated, Punctual, Well mannered, Dedicated to work.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
