Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving a given sales target at assigned area(s).
∎ Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for selling SIM and ICT products.
∎ Visit existing customers for up-sell or cross-sell SIM and ICT products and also to provide required services.
∎ Ensure Supervisor's consent before locking any sales deal.
∎ Lock sales deals with the customers.
∎ Ensure valid required documents and payment (by the customer) from the customer before selling the products.
∎ Ensure required Agreement signing while selling any product.
∎ Ensure product delivery to the customer following the compliant process.
∎ Ensure bio-metric verification of the customers as guided by Supervisor.
∎ Ensure required office activities e.g. document sending and receiving, email communication, logistics management for smooth business operation.
∎ Maintain strong business relationship with the customers.
∎ Ensure required compliance as guided by supervisors in every part during this job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical Knowledge: Minimum knowledge of Internet / Facebook / YouTube.
∎ Should be a smartphone and computer user.
∎ ICT mindset.
∎ Consultative selling skill.
∎ Team player.
∎ Ability to handle stress and have the mind-set to "Go an extra mile".
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, result driven and having passion for winning.
∎ Good negotiation capability.
∎ Ability to accept rejection.
Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
