∎ Reports to: General Manager of Sales Department, HQTS-IRG Management, Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ HQTS is expanding its footprint to Dhaka, Bangladesh and actively searching high caliber sales and business development personnel to join our term. Our Sales personnel initiate new business with mid to large size companies. The target opportunity is any company that imports consumer hard goods, soft goods, electronics, textiles or other industrial products and textile materials from Asia. The responsibilities are:
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and any possible channels
∎ Develop new clients' database and ensure that the data is up-to-date
∎ Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Manage own sales pipeline and close deals
∎ Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
∎ Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities
∎ Any additional operational works as assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 10 year
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ International Sales/Marketing
∎ Enthusiastic fresh graduate is welcomed.
∎ Proficiency in English is a must, Chinese is a plus.
∎ Exposure to import/export, sourcing or supply chain activities is preferred
∎ Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing
∎ Excellent listening, writing and communication skills
∎ Outstanding analytical skills
∎ Determined and self-motivated
∎ Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team
Salary:
∎ Basic Salary plus commission commensurate to experience.
