Job Context:
∎ To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned branch. Responsible for ensuring
∎ Customer satisfaction and managing quality or Sales and service delivery.
∎ Job Location : Gulshan-2, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome our potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to the clients.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
∎ Handle complaints or objections
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback Iron customers or prospect and share with internal teams
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
∎ Researching and recommending new opportunities & develop a good number of new
∎ clients.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service and communications through verbal & internet, Facebook etc.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
∎ aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets as per Management target.
∎ Cooperate sales team and clients with new offers and product launches
∎ To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Beautician, Customer Care
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must
