Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products.
∎ Understanding & learning of beauty & personal care products.
∎ Answer queries of customers through messenger and/or phone calls.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs and purchase behavior.
∎ Suggesting products that meet clients' needs and informing customers about product details, like
∎ ingredients, usage directions and price over phone/messenger.
∎ Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
∎ Meet Customer Relationship Management team sales targets and call handling quotas.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
∎ follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, dispute handling, process customer orders and file
∎ documents.
∎ Take the extra mile for ensuring the Ultimate Customer Experience
