Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Master's degree in any discipline from reputed university with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to handle sales lead, project engaged with colleagues.
∎ Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production using solutions through automatic industrial sewing machines, household sewing machines, valves, water pumps, etc.
∎ The main job content is to open up the ready stock market, develop and manage dealers, and can formulate and complete sales targets.
∎ Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of industrial sewing machines, household sewing machines, valves, water pumps.
∎ Handle hardware or software problems and faults, referring on to specialist technical colleagues where appropriate.
∎ Negotiate with customer to close deal.
∎ Provide weekly sales report to Manager.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market information.
∎ Introduce Service Marketing creating opportunity for Spare Parts Sales, Annual Maintenance Contracts
∎ Prepare Databases of customers and update regular basis
∎ Monthly Report on Sales and activities to the Manager responsible
∎ Performs other works assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Vast knowledge in industrial Sewing machineries, household sewing machines, valves, water pumps, etc.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be need to have professional attitude.
∎ Must be need to good at English talking and writing communication.
∎ Management experience was preferable.
∎ Responsible, Reliable, Highly energetic, Polite and hardworking.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
