∎ Responsible to oversee customers mechanical issues of all types of sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
∎ Perform regular maintenance and repairs to all stitching related equipment. Coordinate with sewing machine maintenance section of the clients for new machine installation, machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil etc.
∎ Follow-up for all out of order machine functional.
∎ Train or instruct operators on proper use and operation of machines.
∎ Develop troubleshooting procedures for difficult technical problems and guide the workshop Electronic/ Mechanics in solving those problems, should be committed by own self to work hard & willingly finish all duties, prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management, performs other works assigned by management.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly basic salary Tk. 170,000 to Tk. 180,000, House rent Tk. 25,000, Conveyance Tk. 3,000. The house rent and conveyance will not admissible in case company provide free accommodation and pool transport.
