Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting local small and medium Pharmacies (industry-wise), Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers to discuss about the demand of ERP solution (mentioned above) at clients
∎ Collecting market information about existing solutions & competitors
∎ Offering to demonstrate One ICT’s ERP Solutions to clients
∎ Demonstrating the capability of our solutions with demo account
∎ Sharing free trial accounts of ERP with customers
∎ Closing the sales with clients, engaging seniors if needed
∎ Offering new service, features & additional support to existing customers
∎ Collecting new requirements from the market
∎ Visiting the existing customer within the first week of every month
∎ Gathering information about their findings and problems, if any
∎ Collecting monthly dues of the ERP services
∎ Providing Sales Invoice of the service to customer
∎ Depositing the collections to Accounts team at office
∎ Ensuring monthly collection within first 10 days of each month
∎ Preparing daily sales and monthly collection report for manager
∎ Claiming commission from monthly collection with accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Bachelor or equivalent level of educational qualification. 2-3 years of software and ERP sales experience in ICT firms will be an added advantage
∎ Good understanding of ERP technology, mobile apps & cloud service will be a plus
∎ Good at Advanced computing specially in MS Office and Project Management Tools
∎ Understanding of mobile applications, Google play-store and Apple store is needed
∎ Current knowledge of Bangladesh medical sector, pharmaceutical business is a plus
∎ The drive and energy to manage individual large accounts (pharmaceuticals) while looking for new opportunities in the industry
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills. Presentable to mid-level of a client
∎ Ability to understand client needs and demand generation process in mid-level
∎ Strong time management and delivery on time-based skills
∎ Ready to travel throughout Bangladesh for sales visits and customer meetings
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
