Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote Essex School of Business programmes to prospective students through phone calls, emails, walk-in enquiries, and outreach activities

• Convert leads and enquiries into successful student enrolments by providing accurate programme information and guidance

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to support decision-making and enrolment completion

• Achieve individual and team-based recruitment targets in line with institutional objectives

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM or internal systems

• Coordinate with Admissions, Academics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth enrolment processes

• Participate in education fairs, open days, school visits, and promotional events as required

• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and ethical recruitment standards

• Support marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives when required
