Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ The job will require at least 40 shop visits per day in a specific area. The shops include restaurants, show-rooms, pharmacies, fashion outlets etc
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Forecast monthly sales revenue.
∎ Work closely with Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive and Territory officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
∎ It is a highly mobile position, have to work 20-24 days in field to manage assigned territories. No need to come office for reporting.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage
∎ Do other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The job will require lots of client (b2b) visits.
∎ Applicants having hands on experience in the b2b sales will be preferred.
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self motivated
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude
∎ Should have skill in business communication
∎ Should have good presentation skill
∎ Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure
∎ Should be good in written & spoken English
