Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
∎ Built and maintained strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies.
∎ Maintained accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
∎ Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software is a plus.
